Currently our team is wrapping up #GoodPeopleSA SOUL SATURDAY post event media campaign – we worked with District 2 Councilman Alan Warrick, II to spotlight new development opportunities on Austin Street.
We saw a whopping 59% attendee increase on Saturday, July 16th – even with temperatures reaching 100 degrees. Leading up to the free concert from Grammy-winning artist Bilal, good people and families shopped 40+ vendors, visited a selection of food trucks and danced to live performances from D.R.U.M, DJ Steven Lee Moya, John Moses and DevSoul.
A major part of our event marketing plan included email marketing – from promoting marketing opportunities to project planning – we utilized email marketing to secure sponsors and partners, vendors, and of course, the #GoodPeopleSA attendees. The outcome, a fantastic event that breathed life into an almost forgotten area of San Antonio’s Eastside.
